The use of departments

The “Departments” feature in MoneyWorks is a powerful feature which users are using it to segregate the accounts into departments, branches, projects, courses, salesperson, and etc.

General business can use department to segregate the account into departments such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production and Administration.

Retail business uses department to break down the account by retail outlets or by salesperson.

Law firm uses department to segregate the incomes and expenses by lawyers.

Education and Training Centre use department to analysis the revenue by courses or training centre.

Project related business may creatively uses the department to track the projects.
