Word Wrap

The default invoice template from the MoneyWorks accounting software is set to have a bottom alignment for the Price (unit price) and the Extension field. You need to amend the template if you prefer to have the Price and the Extension having a same top alignment as the Quantity, Item Code, Item Description, etc.

Amend your preferred template with the template designer and modify the Price and Extension column. In the Calculation Box of the relevant column, such as Price, you check the "Word Wrap" checkbox to allow the field to align the text from the top.

Remember to sign and upload the new template if you are in a MoneyWorks Datacentre environment or sign and copy the template physically to the client's computer if you are using the MoneyWorks Gold-client.

The amended fields are top alignment now.
